Brand new for 2020 Villa Kalypso is already completed and awaits landscaping, interior fittings and furnishings only. All will be completed in readiness for photographry in early 2020. Identical internally to Villa Roberta, whose photos we show, it is set a little higher on the hill.
Almost at the tip of the Liakas peninsular, which points south across the sea towards Zante, Villa Kalypso enjoys peerless sea views. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night. There's a rocky platform down by the sea, accessed via a short footpath and a sandy beach for bathing just short 5 mins drive away.
Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just under 10 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there is also a minimarket and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making choice of restaurants is not to be missed.
Outside Villa Kalypso:
Swimming Pool - Tiled, 10m x 4m private pool with roman step entry, airjets inside the pool as well as external jet massage. Depth 1.20m - 1.60m. Pool ledge 0.12m with sunloungers to bath whilst in the water, glass barrier to make most of the stunning sea views.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels, beds will be made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels and bed linen will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
Pool towels are provided.
