PAYMENT POLICY
  • In order to secure your booking, a deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking
  • Full amount to be paid 8 weeks (56-days) prior to arrival (bank transfer)
  • When a booking is made for a date within 8 weeks prior to arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking
  • City Tax: 10€ per day
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your cancellation or alteration request must be made in writing and will only be effective when received by us. Cancellation policy is as below:
  • Up to 57 days prior to arrival: 75% refund of total booking price
  • 56-29 days prior to arrival: 40% refund of total booking price
  • 28 - 0 days prior to arrival: 0% refund of total booking price
